Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your cake and/or cupcake deposit is non-refundable.

Changes, postponement and cancellations to your cupcake and/or cake orders are accepted up until 5 business days prior to scheduled pick up time. No refunds will be provided for any payments made on the order no matter the amount, or regardless of the situation. If cancelled or postponed at least 5 business days in advance, we will happily transfer any payment made on that order to another order within 6 months from that date. We will provide no refunds, regardless of the circumstances (including a Covid related lockdown).

If we have a change in alert level, we will reduce the notice period for cancellation or postponement to a minimum of 3 business days. If your cake pick-up falls within the next 72 hours, we may be unable to cancel or postpone your order as your cake may already have been decorated.

By making a deposit you are agreeing to the above.
