We have loaded all of our non window and tall corrugated boxes as pick up only. If adding these to your cart for shipping, the system won't allow you to proceed. This isn't because we don't want to send them, it's because of the courier costs! Due to their large size, and most times customers are ordering multiple at a time, it makes the outgoing package large (in terms of dimensions) and therefore costing double, if not triple a normal courier package. For the past couple of years we have been absorbing these costs ourselves, as a small business we unfortunately can't keep that up. We are more than happy to send you any box, please just email us on chch@thecakeshop.co.nz with what you're after and we can get back to you asap with a custom courier cost. If you're happy to proceed, we'll get it to you asap! Thanks for your support and understanding.
